               CONTENT & DAILY PROGRAM

This retreat will be fully guided through the philosophy and principles of Chinese Medicine, with a special focus on the energy of spring and the wood element.
As you move out of a long winter period, nature will slowly begin to awaken again - the days will become longer, the air softer and warmer, and life starts emerging from stillness into movement. In Chinese Medicine, this seasonal transition is deeply connected with the wood element, representing growth, renewal, flexibility, vision, creativity, and transformation.
Just as nature begins to bloom and expand in spring, the body also seeks to open, move, detoxify, and renew itself after the heaviness and inward energy of winter. Throughout the retreat, you will explore how this seasonal shift influences not only the physical body, but also your emotions, energy levels, nervous system, and overall well-being.
Before the retreat, participants will receive a Five Elements assessment based on Chinese Medicine to explore their unique energy patterns and emotional tendencies.

You will learn how to:
*Support your body through seasonal nutrition based on the Chinese Medicine perspective
*Activate key acupressure points for emotional and physical balance based on the spring season
*Move stagnant energy through Yin yoga and meridian-based practices
*Understand your personal constitution through the Five Elements system
*Create a simple, sustainable spring lifestyle aligned with nature
This retreat will not only be practice. It will be education and embodiment together, grounded in Chinese Medicine philosophy.
