This unique experience blends gentle acupoint massage rooted in Chinese Medicine to release tension, calm the Shen (mind), and harmonize the body's energy flow—particularly focusing on points that soothe the Heart, Liver, and Kidney meridians, which often affect sleep.
Following the massage, you'll be guided through seasonal coherent breathing—a slow, rhythmic breath practice attuned to the energy of the current season. The breathwork is paired with soft piano tones, encouraging deep relaxation and alignment with nature’s rhythm.
